This pack promotes healthy walking through green spaces close to Beckenham and West Wickham in the vicinity of the River Beck - an area loosely defined as 'The Beck Corridor'.

Bromley Biodiversity Project - Walking With Beetles (Activity Cards for Schools)
This is a pack of activity cards to guide you and your child through each term. The Pack includes 9 activity cards, 3 for each term. Each card has a theme and includes an activity for walkers of 7-9 years of age and an activity for walkers of 10-11 years of age. Adults are encouraged to involve their young walking companions with at least one activity a term. The activities have been designed to ease participation and limit impact on punctuality.
The pack is aimed at young people who are:
- already participating with Walking Buses
- making their own way to school independently, with their parents or
carers
- thinking about doing either of the above
